Re-Entry Alliance Executive Director Vince Whibbs said pallet homes are temporary shelters designed for rapid deployment for the homeless as they move forward with their lives.
“What I would characterize as tiny homes, providing living space in a heated, cooled facility that has access to bathroom facilities,” said Whibbs. “We are ecstatic that it’s finally getting started because it feels like it meets a particular need.
