Threat call leads to lockdown at Cave Spring High School

ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – A lockdown is over after a threat called in to Cave Spring High School was determined not to be credible, according to Roanoke County Police.

Police say the threat was called in shortly before 2 p.m. Wednesday, leading to the brief lockdown.

There will be an elevated police presence at the school the rest of the week as a precaution…
