Man accused of breaking into several cars at Stafford County auto repair shop

STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A Richmond man was arrested after allegedly attempting to break into a business and steal from several cars, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO).

On Nov. 4, a deputy responded to Heflin’s Garage on Warrenton Road following reports of an attempted break-in. An employee at the business showed the deputy a door with pry marks.

The employee claimed that Jonathan Quintanilla Perla, 23, had been acting suspiciously at the business multiple times earlier in the day and had his vehicle towed, SCSO said…
