BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – A Bedford County man has been arrested for “using electronic communications to facilitate a meeting with children under the age of 15,” according to the Bedford Police Department.
Officers arrested 35-year-old William Phillips of Bedford County Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
Phillips faces three felony charges of:
- Use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children under the age of 15
