(FOX40.COM) —The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office has identified the man who died in a hit-and-run crash on Sunday evening as Bee Lao, 46, of Sacramento.• Video above: How to report a public safety threat
At around 6:30 p.m., the Sacramento Police Department said one person had died after being struck by a vehicle between the intersection of Del Paso and Marysville Boulevard in Sacramento.
Police said that when the officer arrived at the scene, they found a pedestrian who was lying in the roadway. Lao was pronounced dead at the scene.
