A ceremony took place today in the Grantville neighborhood for The Grant at Mission Trails, a new seven-story, 48-unit affordable housing project for veterans and their families. The development is located on Mission Gorge Road and will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
Fourteen units are set aside for veterans who have experienced homelessness. Social services will be provided by Townspeople and the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
