SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – A man was arrested following a hit-and-run collision in Ocean Beach that left a woman dead on Tuesday.
San Diego Police said the crash happened near the library in the 4800 block of Santa Monica Avenue just before 4:45 p.m.
According to police, a 2002 Toyota Tundra pickup truck was parked facing the north curbline of Santa Monica Avenue when the driver “accelerated forward while attempting to leave.”…
