EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 38-year-old man was arrested after kidnapping a woman in East El Paso County, according to the news release by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Jorge Humberto Centeno, 38, was charged with kidnapping and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility under no bond, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Shortly before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8, deputies with the Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the 1500 block of Fitzroy Drive to a report of a suspicious vehicle.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they met with the reporting party, who stated they saw a man jump a fence and forcefully enter a nearby residence. Another witness reported that the man then forced a 46-year-old woman into a vehicle and fled the scene, according to the Sheriff’s Office…
