Milwaukee Triple Shooting Leaves One Dead, Two Teens Injured — Police Say Fight May Have Sparked Gunfire

MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN — A late-night shooting in Milwaukee left one person dead and two teenagers injured, and police believe the violence may have erupted following a fight near West Fond du Lac Avenue, officials said.

The Milwaukee Police Department said the shooting occurred around 11:22 p.m. on November 1 in the 4800 block of West Fond du Lac Avenue, just south of West Capitol Drive in the Roosevelt Grove neighborhood.

One Killed, Two 17-Year-Olds Injured

When officers arrived, they found a gunshot victim who was rushed to a nearby hospital and later pronounced dead. Police have not released the victim’s name, age, or gender pending notification of family.

Two 17-year-old males also suffered non-fatal gunshot wounds. One was found at the scene, while the other later arrived at a hospital for treatment. Both are expected to survive.
