Developer drops plans for $120M St. Louis apartment complex

ST. LOUIS – Plans for a proposed St. Louis apartment complex near Kingshighway and Oakland Avenue, just south of Interstate 64, are no longer moving forward.

NorthPoint Development, a Kansas City-based developer that owns the land, had planned to build a $120 million, 300-apartment complex as recently as last year.

However, the company recently informed St. Louis Alderman Michael Browning that it now plans to put the land back on the market, effectively ending the apartment project…
