WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A Sedgwick County sheriff’s deputy is facing a criminal charge in connection with his use of force.
The Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday that it his charged Deputy Brett Anderson with one count of misdemeanor battery.
On Sept. 11, police allege that Anderson hit a handcuffed man several times at a local hospital.
