An 85-year-old Louisville man was arrested after police say he swung a dumbbell at his neighbor’s head at least twice in a dispute over the neighbor’s smelly apartment.
Louisville police arrested Donald Meyers on one count of attempted first-degree murder, one count of first-degree assault, one count of first-degree burglary and one count of crimes against at-risk persons, according to an arrest affidavit. Bond had not been set by Wednesday afternoon, according to online court records.
