(COLORADO) — Jetwing Flats in Colorado Springs is one of 18 housing providers in the state to receive part of a new $46.5 million fund from the Colorado State Housing Board (SHB).
The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) and Division of Housing (DOH) issued 18 investments statewide to expand housing access through homeownership opportunities, new rental developments, and down-payment assistance programs.
Part of the state funding will go toward seven affordable rental communities across Colorado, including El Paso, Summit, Chaffee, and Adams counties.
