SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The woman accused of crashing into a Minnehaha County patrol car over a month ago made her first court appearance Wednesday afternoon.
Mount Rushmore faces to be in Rose Parade
43-year-old Kira Black Bear is facing a list of charges, including Simple Assault Against Law Enforcement and Reckless Driving.
The crash happened around 5:30 a.m. on September 17th.
Court documents say Black Bear was going around 48 miles an hour at the time of the crash.
