NORTH CAROLINA — A Marion man has been charged with multiple felonies after allegedly firing a gun into an occupied home, authorities said.
On Oct. 9, a deputy from the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office responded to a weapons complaint. The victim reported that someone had fired near their home the previous evening, and bullet holes were discovered inside the residence.
During the investigation, detectives identified 45-year-old Jayson Michael Gibson as the suspect. When arrested, Gibson was found in possession of suspected amounts of methamphetamine and marijuana, according to the sheriff’s office…
