In the year since Hurricane Helene, Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office detectives have noticed a sharp rise in break-ins in storage buildings.
So far, they have executed search warrants, charged four people and recovered more than $6,000 in stolen property. The four charged are: Brian Constantine, Angela Frady, John Knighten and Jeremy Shaver.
