Elizabeth Heffron and William DeLeo were taking a morning stroll in Charleston, South Carolina. However, they had something unexpected happen. This was not what they expected. At The Battery in Charleston, they saw a raccoon in the water. However, it was drifting away, and they thought something was wrong. They grabbed a traffic cone to see if the raccoon was taking a swim or in need of help. It ended up needing help, and they had to do what they could. The raccoon grabbed the cone, and they started to pull it up. However, it ended up falling back into the water. Bystanders groaned as the raccoon fell. However, they had to continue the rescue.
