(WJET/WFXP) – Police in Chautauqua County announced they made a drug bust at a Jamestown, NY, home, allegedly seizing more than 4 ounces of methamphetamine.
Members of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown police and Dunkirk police carried out a search warrant on Thursday, Oct. 30, at 119 William St., where they allegedly found the drugs and one person inside.
Arrest made in election night shooting
In total, officers said they seized 128.3 grams (about 4.5 ounces) of meth, along with scales used for distribution.
The person police said was inside the home at the time, 23-year-old Micayla L. Blair of Jamestown, was taken into custody for second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
