An Ocala businessman has purchased approximately 21 acres of vacant land along SW College Road/State Road 200 for $7 million.
Arterra Highway 200 LLC purchased the property from Ocala Alvarez, LLC, on October 21, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.
