LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police in Lancaster are asking the public to for help identifying a suspect accused of stealing a car.
According to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police, the male suspect stole a black Kia from the area of W. Liberty at Thomas Armstrong Boulevard and then dumped it on Hazel at New Dorwart streets.
