CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – The Chesterfield Board of Supervisors has appointed LeQuan M. Hylton, Ph.D., to an interim role for the Dale District.
The announcement comes after the death of five-term supervisor James M. “Jim” Holland.
