TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The Quincy Police Department arrested one man in connection with an alleged armed robbery.
Officers were on patrol near Quincy Plaza on October 28 when they saw a man running through the parking lot looking distressed. According to police, officers stopped and saw the victim had several injuries, including bleeding from the mouth and torn clothing.
