WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Police are investigating after a body was found off Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, according to a Wilmington Police Department spokesperson.
WPD says they received a call around 12:30 p.m. that a woman’s body was discovered near the tree line in the 4100 block of MLK Jr. Parkway near Kerr Avenue.
The woman’s identity has not been released. Police said this is an active investigation…
