A 30-year-old man wanted in connection with a 2020 fatal shooting in Wilmington’s Price Run neighborhood has been extradited to Delaware, city police announced Nov. 4.
Desmin Walker is now facing charges that claim he killed 24-year-old Raquan Davis on Oct. 25, 2020, Wilmington police said.
