Scratch-Offs Deliver Big Wins
While I’ve written about a couple of different winners who hit big on Powerball and Mega Millions, most of the million-dollar jackpots in the last few weeks have been on scratch-offs. Admittedly, I rarely ever play the lottery, but I always associate scratch-offs with smaller payouts. My mistake.
