A new deli is ready to open in Minneapolis’ Kingfield neighborhood.
Little Bird Delicatessen, a new concept from Little Bird Gelato owners Alison and Steve McMullen, will open in the former home of Abang Yoli on Nov. 12.
As Little Bird’s gelato began surfacing in restaurants in 2024, it quickly grew a legion of loyal fans. The deli, located at 3749 Nicollet Ave. next to the soon-to-be-refurbished Nighthawks, is the next phase in the company’s growth.
