BOISE, Idaho — The Boise Police Department (BPD) is currently seeking the whereabouts of a missing, vulnerable adult named Shay.
Shay was last seen around 6:45 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, near Dewey Street and 32nd Street in Boise’s North End.
