U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained more than 300 people across Oregon in October, according to Innovation Law Lab.
“These detentions have been violent, warrantless, and have terrorized our communities and our loved ones,” said Innovation Law Lab director of strategy Isa Peña at a Nov. 5 press conference in Portland.
