PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Gresham man was identified as the homicide victim found in a downtown Portland parking lot over the weekend, authorities said.
Taylor J. Ritter, 20, was found dead in a parking lot in the 300 block of Southwest 3rd Avenue early Sunday morning, Portland police said.
Ritter died of a gunshot wound, according to the Medical Examiner.
