Man admitted to deadly shooting on Tangerine St: report

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 29-year-old man called 911 last week and said he’d just killed a man in east Bakersfield, according to a court filing.

Cezar Torres Campos was arrested after deputies arrived early Oct. 30 to the scene of a shooting in the 900 block of Tangerine Street and found the body of Oscar Ismael Silva, 30, according to a probable cause declaration.
