BRADENTON, FL — Extreme Pizza, the California-based gourmet pizza brand, is coming to Bradenton as part of a new development at 7839 SR 64 E, Bradenton, FL 34212. Franchisee and area developer George Margioukla told Business Debut the restaurant is targeting a January to February 2026 opening.
What to Expect
The Bradenton restaurant will anchor a five-unit strip within the larger Heritage 25 project, part of the Marketplace at Heritage Harbor. The location will be the first in Florida and serve as the flagship for the brand’s new “Signature Series” concept, featuring a full-service dining experience and a bar. The space will accommodate about 175 guests, including 125 seats indoors and 50 outdoors.
“This will be a more elevated experience than the traditional Extreme Pizza,” Margioukla told Business Debut. “We’re blending the brand’s gourmet pizzas with Mediterranean-inspired entrées and a full cocktail program.”
Menu and Vision
Extreme Pizza’s menu is built around what Margioukla describes as “gourmet California pizza,” focusing on premium, made-from-scratch ingredients rather than heavy sauces. The new Signature Series expands beyond pizza with Mediterranean fusion dishes created in collaboration with veteran chef Peter Melanides, who brings more than 40 years of culinary experience.
Appetizers will include handmade zucchini fries with Parmesan and tzatziki, fried calamari, stuffed shrimp, and a meatball bake with marinara and mozzarella. Entrées will feature Greek and Italian favorites such as moussaka, chicken and eggplant Parmesan, carbonara, and a seafood fra diavolo pasta…
