HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — The Owensboro Police Department has placed a suspect in custody after a woman was stabbed on Wednesday.
According to police, officers responded to a reported disturbance at 5:30 p.m. in the 3700 block of Haywood Court. Police say officers located an adult female suffering from a stab wound to the abdominal area.
The victim received immediate medical attention at the scene and was transported to a local hospital where she was taken into surgery. Police say she is out of surgery and in stable condition…
