Cold morning, but high temperatures climb to the 70s

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Temperatures are much colder as you are heading out the door this morning. Temperatures are dipping into the upper 30s and low 40s inland, and the coast is in the mid-40s. There are no clouds or showers around this morning. It will be sunny for the rest of the week.

Highs today will be in the 70s, and they will stay in the 70s through the weekend. Skies will be clear tonight, and a dry cold front will move through. There is not a big cold punch with this front as the temperatures will only dip 2 to 4 degrees on Thursday afternoon.

It will be mild and a touch more humid, but still comfortable, on Friday through the weekend. Skies will be mostly sunny on Friday and partly sunny on Saturday and Sunday. There is only an isolated shower expected on Saturday with a weak cold front, but a major cold front is forecast for Sunday. There will be a few scattered showers on Sunday, but the biggest impact is the temperatures. Highs on Sunday will be in the mid-70s, and by Monday afternoon, they will be in the upper 50s…
