OAK ISLAND, N.C. (WECT) – The stepbrother of a locksmith shot and killed while responding to a service call said he believes his brother’s killer is walking free.
Locksmith Randy Stewart died after being shot in July while responding to a service call in Oak Island. Police arrested Brian Reed Grant, the owner of the house where the shooting happened, and charged him with first-degree murder.
Grant is out of jail on a $1 million bond after the court reduced his original bond amount…
