Former teacher from St. Landry Parish pleads insanity in case of knife attack on 6-year-old stepson

A former teacher from St. Landry Parish, accused of a knife attack on his 6-year-old stepson, is claiming insanity. Patrick Greene, 37, appeared in court on Thursday, November 6, where he entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. The judge ordered him to be held without bond.
