NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A North Little Rock veteran’s life has now changed for the better.
On Thursday afternoon, Antonio Yancy received a new car as part of Progressive Insurance’s Keys to Progress vehicle giveaway event, which happened at the VFW Post 9095 in West Little Rock.
