Snow Saturday in southern Minnesota, including one scenario of ‘particular interest’

Slushy snow could accumulate in southern Minnesota on Saturday before a potent blast of air keeps temps around freezing on Sunday.

It’s not a blockbuster storm by any means, and the National Weather Service isn’t anticipating any accumulations in the Twin Cities metro, but there is potential for a narrow band of higher accumulations in southern Minnesota.
