U.S. Immigration And Customs Enforcement Houston concluded a 10-day operation from October 22 to October 31, resulting in 1,505 arrests across Southeast Texas. The figure nearly doubled the 822 arrests from August and tripled the 543 recorded earlier this year, including 17 gang members, 40 aggravated felons, and 255 previously deported individuals, according to the U.S. Immigration And Customs Enforcement.
Among those arrested were a convicted murderer and 13 sexual predators, including a Mexican Mafia gang member convicted of raping and impregnating his underage sister.
