WEST VALLEY, Utah (ABC4) — The second victim in the West Valley shooting on Oct. 31 has been identified by family as Fatima Al-Rekabi.
Fatima’s sister-in-law, Destiny Al-Rekabi, confirmed the identity with ABC4 on Thursday morning.
Early reports shared that Fatima was 15 years old. However, on Wednesday evening, the West Valley City Police confirmed that she was 17 years old.
