RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – A man has been arrested after the Reno Police Department says he sent videos of himself beating and choking a woman’s small dog.
55-year-old David Olsen was arrested on charges of felony animal cruelty, coercion with threats, and aggravated stalking on Wednesday.
