Bar shooting lawsuit alleges negligence
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A lawsuit has been filed following a triple shooting at the Hovito Ultra Lounge in downtown Indianapolis, where three people were injured by an unidentified gunman early Sunday.
The incident happened at the nightclub on South Meridian Street between Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The gunman reportedly bypassed security with a firearm and opened fire inside the venue.
