SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Kissimmee Ave and Factory Street in Suffolk, Thursday morning.
Suffolk Police responded to the scene at approximately 10:40 a.m. and found the victim, identified as 66-year-old Steaven Ray Hamlin, in the roadway.
Hamlin was transported to a local hospital by Suffolk Fire and Rescue, where he succumbed to his injuries…
