Shortly before 11 p.m. Oct. 25 a resident complained of a party with fireworks at a home in the neighborhood. As police arrived, partygoers began leaving the scene. The homeowner said it was a birthday party for his daughter with some of her girlfriends. He said some boys drove past and blew off fireworks and sounded the vehicle’s horn as they sped away…
