GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A massage therapist accused of inappropriately touching a client was sentenced Thursday to a year behind bars.
Dana Lee Piper, 63, of Southfield, had been charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. He entered a plea in September to aggravated assault.
Kent County Circuit Court Judge Scott Noto sentenced Piper to 365 days in the Kent County jail with credit for two days already served.
