Man arrested in Cumberland County after alleged armed carjacking, police chase in stolen vehicle

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — Police arrested a man who fled from police in a stolen car in Cumberland County Thursday night, according to a police report.

Terric Seay, 23, was allegedly involved in an armed carjacking that occurred in York City and ended in a police chase in Cumberland County. According to Seay’s criminal dockets, he is facing charges in both York and Cumberland counties.

At about 11:18 p.m., Lower Allen Township police were notified by York City Police that they had an armed carjacking. Seay allegedly displayed a gun and stole the victim’s Ford Escape, police said…
