GEORGETOWN, Ky. (FOX 56) — Multiple first responders teamed up to answer the call on Wednesday when a person had been hit by a train in Georgetown.
Officers wrote on social media that the city’s police and fire departments worked together on Nov. 5 to find the victim using “outstanding teamwork,” with emergency personnel giving them medical care at the scene.

The victim was eventually taken to the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington for further treatment. Their condition has not been released.
