A new restaurant serving steak, seafood and sushi is opening its doors Friday in Carolina Forest.
The newest addition to the Soho Steak and Seafood Sushi Bar chain is years in the making and will feature popular items from its three other locations in the area — along with some signature items diners won’t find anywhere else. Soho Carolina Forest is located at 95 McLeod Health Blvd. and will welcome customers starting at 11 a.m.
The Soho chain is known for its sushi and Asian fusion food, with locations in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The new location in Carolina Forest took years of planning, “refining” and construction to become a reality, according to John Maloney, the restaurant’s operations manager…
