A McKees Rocks man facing over two dozen charges that include aggravated assault of an unborn child and the kidnapping of a minor has been arrested by The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office.
24-year-old Justin Daugherty was charged in late August after police say he went to the home of his former girlfriend after he was released from the Allegheny County Jail, and assaulted his ex-girlfriend after finding out she had a new boyfriend.
After Daugherty found out she was pregnant, the victim says he punched her in the stomach on multiple occasions…
