TOWN OF CLAY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Construction of Micron’s megafab campus in the Town of Clay will get started later and take longer than initially promised.
The delay in timeline was quietly announced through the release of the Final Environmental Impact Statement, a lengthy report about the impacts the project will have on the community.
