Dwayne Rainey, 44, of Baton Rouge, was arrested early Thursday in Napoleonville, Louisiana. Deputies responded to complaints from a resident on LA 1008 who did not want Rainey on the property.
When officers tried to detain Rainey, he resisted arrest. He was charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, entering or remaining after being forbidden, and resisting an officer. Rainey is being held at the Assumption Parish Detention Center and is awaiting a bond hearing…
